My wife & I big Bill Mays fans! Being new to Plano and completely unfamiliar with the area, we were in a vulnerable position and afraid that a realtor looking to make a quick sale might take advantage of the situation. Fortunately, by chance we met Bill while searching the area. The most important factor for us was to find a realtor that we could trust. Bill earned our trust early on and has maintained it since then. He was very patient with us as we went from house to house every Saturday. Bill always looked for structural issues that I would not have known to look for. Due to his construction knowledge in the Plano area-he could Benchmark the quality of the construction by the reputation of the Builder- and he always asked for the builders name. Bill continued to work hard for us once we made our offer. Countless times he met us after hours to sign paperwork etc, as our new jobs prevented any meetings during business hours. Bill was, and continues to be, a wonderful resource for us in the selection of dependable contractors. We have used his recommendations for our inspection, appraisal, painting, Flooring, & shower remodel. Today, He is my first call for help selecting a company to perform a repair or upgrade. Through this process, Bill truly became a friends to my wife and I. During that stressful & hectic time in our lives that we were relocating here to Plano, it was gratifying to have one less thing to worry about, and a friend we could depend on. I would highly recomend Bill Mays to be your REALTOR of choice. Bill assisted us in finding a home that we love. I appreciated his thorough work in finding out details about the listings that we previewed. He did an excellent job of pricing and marketing the house that we were selling. We had it under contract in less than two week. He also was very good with our 4 yr old son. We took him on some of the listings previews and he let my son help open the door to the houses and got him involved in previewing the homes. In purchasing our first home and selling the home, my wife and I were glad we found Mr. Bill Mays. He was very courteous and knowledgable about the market. He also new many construction contacts. We were pressed for time, since I was taking a new job in Houston within a couple of months. He sold our home within two weeks of it going on the market. We could not have been happier. How have you been? It's been a long time since we've visited.
I've been in my new home for going on 3 1/2 months - and love it. It's everything I dreamed about and more than I ever thought I could have. If not for you, I wouldn't be here. You were so patient, I don't know how you hung in there.
I can never thank you enough for your knowledge and determination to find exactly what I asked for but some how...you did it! When I was ready to give up, you kept me going forward. I can't wait to have an open house this summer so that you can see how "my home" has come together (Or should I say...Greta's house). I'm having the time of my life decorating, painting, etc. and am anxious to show it.
Bill, thank you for making my dreams come true! Thank you for being the wonderful, honest, determined professional you are. I feel that not only did I get the home of my dreams, I made a new friend as well.

Bill Mays is a very hard working Realtor. He helped us find a vey good investment property to add to our portfolio. Prior to bringing the home to our attention he inspected the home. I can report that we had no surprises, and the inspector did not reveal any critical data that Bill did not find. Bill is very plesant and hard working and his experience and knowlege of Home Buildiing and Remodeling gives him a leg up on the average Realtor.
